Why do elevator projects stall?
Many building owners discover too late that the shaft does not match what was drawn, or that the specification they agreed does not suit the actual floor count or use. The result is delays, costly adjustments, and sometimes a lift that never quite does what the building needs.
The team visits your site and physically examines the shaft: overhead and pit clearances, floor count, how the building will be used. From that they recommend the right machine, cabin and doors. Once agreed, we deliver the equipment, install it, connect the electrical systems and controller, then hand over a tested, ready-to-run elevator.
Supply and installation from shaft to cabin
- Site survey and shaft assessment
- Selecting machine, cabin and doors
- Full installation and systems testing
- Testing, then formal handover
Four stages from survey to handover
Contact us about your building
Tell us the building type you are fitting the elevator into and describe where the shaft sits, by call or WhatsApp.
We visit and survey
Our technician inspects the shaft and available space, then sets the right specifications for your building.
We supply and install
We deliver the equipment and install it carefully, connecting the electrical systems, doors and controller.
We test and hand over
We run the elevator and verify every part is performing correctly before the formal handover with the warranty document.

Is your building ready for this service?
Multi-storey residential building
We assess the shaft and select the machine and cabin to suit the floor count and occupancy; the site visit decides the exact specification.
Commercial or mixed-use building
Door configurations, traffic patterns and controller requirements differ from residential use; the site visit establishes what the building actually needs.
Building under construction with shaft ready
If the shaft is still being designed, an early visit sets the correct dimensions before pouring and avoids costly alterations later.
Does your project fall into one of these categories?
Home elevator installation
If you are installing a lift inside a villa or home, whether under construction or already lived in, this page is for you.
External elevator installation
If there is no room inside the building for a shaft and the lift needs to be installed on the facade or in the courtyard.
Hydraulic elevator installation
If your building has two to four floors and you want to understand what a hydraulic lift involves and whether it suits your project.
Panoramic elevator installation
If the elevator is part of the architectural or interior design scheme and you want a glazed lift with considered finishes.
Warranty and care once the lift is installed

Post-installation follow-up
- A follow-up visit once the lift is running
- Scheduled periodic maintenance
- Warranty terms in the contract

What to watch for
- Door performance and floor-levelling accuracy
- Control panel response
- Any unfamiliar sounds
What building owners weigh before buying new
What decides the cost of the project?
Cost depends on several factors: shaft dimensions, number of floors, machine type, cabin finishes, and any structural or electrical requirements the site reveals. There is no standard figure because every building differs; the site visit is what produces an accurate quotation.
Will the building or its occupants be affected during installation?
The degree of disruption depends on the building type and whether it is occupied during installation. In occupied buildings we coordinate the work schedule to keep disturbance to a minimum. What the work actually involves is set out clearly at the site visit, before anything is agreed.
Will there be excavation or building works that damage the property?
Installation involves works inside the shaft, at each landing, and sometimes in the machine room. The extent of those works and what protection neighbouring areas need is assessed during the site survey. Areas unrelated to the lift installation are kept clear of any impact.
How can I be sure the elevator is safe for my family or building occupants after installation?
Before handover we run a full performance check on every system: doors, sensors, controller and safety devices. The elevator is not handed over until those tests confirm everything is working correctly. A follow-up visit after the lift is in use then verifies real-world performance.
What assurance do I have that the installation will be carried out as agreed?
The answer is not in what a company says but in how it works: one that surveys before quoting, documents what it finds, explains options rather than imposing a single specification, and hands over a formal warranty document on completion. Those are the tangible signs you can measure.

All our servicesQuestions about elevator supply & installation
Are your elevators suitable for both residential and commercial buildings?
Yes. We supply and install elevators for various multi-storey buildings, whether residential, commercial or mixed-use. The precise specifications are decided at the site visit, as every building has different requirements.
How do you choose the right specifications for my building?
Our technician visits and examines the shaft dimensions, the overhead and pit clearances, the number of floors and how the building will be used. From that we recommend the most suitable machine, cabin and doors, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all specification.
What warranty comes with a lift you install?
2 years free warranty on the lift, covering spare parts and the periodic maintenance during that period. 20 year warranty on the lift machine.
Do you work outside Riyadh itself?
Yes. We serve Riyadh, Al Kharj and Al Muzahimiyah. If your project is in one of these areas, send us its exact location and we will arrange the site visit.
Can the elevator be installed in a building that is still under construction?
Yes, we can coordinate with the construction phase to ensure the shaft is built to the correct dimensions before pouring. An early site visit establishes shaft requirements and the right installation timing to fit your build programme.
What are the differences between available machine types and which suits my building?
Machine types differ in how they are installed, the overhead clearance they need and whether a machine room is required. There is no single answer; our technician reviews your building and explains the available options based on shaft dimensions, floors and use.
How do you handle differences between the drawn shaft dimensions and what was actually built?
This is one of the key things the site visit reveals. If we find a gap between the drawings and the built shaft, we document it and recommend the right solution before supply or installation begins, avoiding problems later.
